Master Rubs


Shake all dried herbs
Add 1/4 cup olive oil if you prefer a wet rub
(always mix dried ingredients together first then add liquids)
Marinate meat
Leave in refridgerator overnight or at least 1-2 hours before cooking
Try adding more of your favourite herb or spice

Greek seasoning rub
1 Beef flavoured Stock cube
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon ground
1 teaspoon Cornflour
2 teaspoons Garlic flakes
2 teaspoons Onion flakes
2 teaspoons Oregano leaves
1 teaspoon Parsley flakes
1 teaspoon Peppercorn Black
1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg Ground
1 teaspoon Sea salt

Italian rub
2 tablespoons Basil leaves
1 tablespoons Garlic flakes
2 tablespoons Oregano leaves
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon Black Peppercorns
shake add Olive oil & 1/4 cup Red Wine vinegar

Tandoori rub
1 tablespoon Cayenne Pepper
1 tablespoon Coriander
1 tablespoon Cumin
1 tablespoon Ginger
1 tablespoon Paprika
1 tablespoon Turmeric
1 tablespoon Sea salt

Master rub
1/4 cup Chilli Crushed
1 tablespoons Chilli Powder Hot
2 tablespoons Garlic flakes
2 tablespoons Seasalt
1/2 cup packed Brown Sugar
add olive oil & 1/2 cup White Vinegar

Hot master rub
1 tablespoon Cayenne Pepper
3 tablespoons Chili Powder
2 tablespoons Garlic flakes
2 tablespoons Onion flakes
4 tablespoons Paprika sweet
3 tablespoons Black Peppercorns
3 tablespoons Sea salt
4 tablespoons Sugar
Moroccan spice rub
1 teaspoon Citric acid
1 teaspoon Coriander Ground
1 teaspoon Cumin Ground
2 tablespoons Garlic flakes
2 teaspoons Ginger
3 tablespoons Onion flakes
2 tablespoons Parsley flakes
1 tablespoon Paprika
2 teaspoons Sea salt

Mediterranian rub
1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 teaspoon Citric Acid
3 tablespoons Garlic flakes
1 tablespoon Paprika ground
3 tablespoons Parsley flakes

Sparerib rub
1 tablespoon Cayenne Pepper
1 tablespoon Garlic flakes
1 tablespoon Onion flakes
3 tablespoons Paprika sweet
2 tablespoon Sea salt
1 cup brown Sugar
1 tablespoon Black Peppercorn
1 tablespoon White Peppercorn

Meat rub
1 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Coriander Ground
2 teaspoons Garlic flakes
2 teaspoons Onion Powder
2 tablespoons Paprika Sweet
1 tablespoon Black Peppercorn
4 tablespoons Sea salt
