Italian Herb Mix for Breads
1/4 cup dried Garlic granules
1/4 cup dried Basil
1/4 cup dried Parsley
1/4 cup dried minced Garlic
1 Tablespoon Paprika
1 Teaspoon ground Black Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon ground Red Pepper (optional)
Mix well in Spicemate shaker. Store in glass
jar with airtight lid, away from heat or light.
Uses:
Mix with 2 tablespoons of softened butter
or 1/2 cup of Olive oil.
Suitable for Garlic bread, Bruschetta,
Pizza and Pasta.

1/4 cup Onion flakes
1 clove Garlic, minced
2 tablespoons Butter
1/2 teaspoon dried Tarragon, crushed
1/4 teaspoon dried Thyme, crushed
Dash Pepper.

2 tablespoons softened Butter
Pesto Mix
1 cup fresh Basil finely chopped
1 tablespoon Garlic flakes
1/4 cup freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 Pine nuts
1/4 Olive oil
serve with fresh baguette
